Our Name
The inspiration behind the name, Paper Snow, traces back to a childhood memory of founder Elisabeth Lee.
On a winter morning long ago, a much-anticipated snowfall never arrived, leaving countless children disappointed. Determined to bring joy to the moment, Elisabeth and her elementary school friends shredded notebook paper into tiny pieces, secretly releasing them into the classroom's heating vents on the floor.
Moments later, a WHHOOSSHH filled the air as shredded paper erupted floor-to-ceiling, creating what would be remembered as "paper snow." Laughter, excitement, and wonder transformed an ordinary day into something magical.
Decades later, amid life's storms, Elisabeth found herself experiencing another kind of paper snow, but this time, a shower of snow in the form of God's love, revealing itself in unexpected, creative ways.

Our Founder
Elisabeth Lee brings a wealth of experience to Paper Snow, drawing from her time as co-owner of a digital publishing company. With expertise as a writer, editor, teacher, and graphic designer, she developed a passion for creating and curating meaningful content. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Master of Divinity in Theology.
A dedicated explorer, Elisabeth has traveled to nearly all 50 states, finding inspiration in diverse landscapes and cultures. Her creative spirit extends into poetry, collage art, dystopian novels, and film, while her love for community has led her to serve in local schools and high school athletics.
Residing just outside Nashville, Tennessee, Elisabeth cherishes family life with her husband and two sons. Their home is a space where humor, honor, forgiveness, gentleness, and love thrive…values that also shape the heart of Paper Snow.
